"Three Variables" Domestic Forecast (Part 1)

Despite the fact that there will be a decrease in the global economy this year, the Singapore banks are expected to flourish, while the development of the financial industry is expected to gradually improve and recover. At the same time, it will be the best opportunity for investments in the real estate and transportation stocks. This prophecy is what the local Feng Shui master, Master Jason Tan, has calculated and foretold using the original "Three Variables".

Master Jason Tan have used the “Ba Zi” of the beginning of spring, as well as Singapore’s “Ba Zi” and  integrated with the "Three Variables" inference in year 2012 (Ren-Chen) to analyze Singapore in various fields to come up with a solution for any upcoming crisis. He hopes that everyone will be able to turn the crisis into an opportunity to gain fortune and prosperity.


●National fortune:


As Singapore’s “Ba Zi” in the day column (Yi Wei) is the same as the date on beginning of spring [Li Chun] (Yi Wei) in the day columns, 2 districts will be affected, namely the North-west side (Choa Chu Kang extending all the way to the Kranji Zone) and, south-west of the Pasir Panjang district extending to the Clementi area. Authorities must be highly alert and vigilant, especially vessels entering the country. High security and order should be enforced to prevent any unfortunate situations from happening. Motorists should pay extra attention when traveling around these districts to avoid accidents.

●Financial and Real Estate


Regarding the global economy, the world will endeavor to seek a breakthrough; hence the development of the local stock market and financial sector is expected to recover gradually this year and those related to "water" and "mobility", such as the transport sector stocks can be considered for investment.
In the New Year, the price of the HDB will restore its stability, while the condominiums and private real estate prices will be slightly elevated, therefore it will be a good opportunity for investment in the housing industry.

Similarly, industrial, commercial and manufacturing businesses will flourish and prosper, so are banking sectors. Talents will come naturally. Industries link to art and culture will improve in their performances.

●Livelihood of the society


During the Year of the Dragon, it will be common for gastrointestinal problems, such as constipations (lack of dietary fiber, try eating foods like bananas, nuts and seeds, whole meal food products etc) and people who are susceptible to cough should take note (eat more white Tremella). Frequent intake of fruits and vegetables are highly recommended to enhance physique and prevent diseases.

There were many incidents of subway failures last year, so there will be a need to remain vigilant this year especially on November 7 to December 6, 2012.


●The entertainment industry


The entertainment industries will have a fairly good trend; food and beverage industries will be reversing their trend and improve, while lounges, nightclub industries will also be able to prosper and share the benefits as this year is known as the “Year of the dancing water dragon”.
