Last Sunday, the local Feng Shui master, Master Jason Tan have used the original "Three Variables" to predict that the domestic finance and banking sector will blossom this year, and is a good opportunity for investment in the real estate.

This year, Master Jason Tan has foretold the overall trend of Singapore in the "Ren-chen" Year of the Dragon (2012) with particular emphasis on its economic aspects as there will be a comprehensive effort to seek a breakthrough. According to last year’s economic growth, there were a lack of human resources in the banking sector, and that there will be an improvement in the performances from industries that are related to art and culture.

Master Jason Tan mentioned during an interview, that the competition within the local food and beverage industry will finally be able to reverse the trend this year, while the lounge and nightclub industry is seen as the "Water dragon" this year, hence it is finally able to dance and share its prosperity.


●The position of "Dragon head"


Master Jason Tan also pointed out that this year is the "Ren-chen" Year of the Dragon, and how the "dragon" is designed for the "Chinatown New Year Celebration" is creative. Unfortunately, the "dragon" is located right at the sewers, which is seen as unsuitable in terms of the Feng Shui perspective.

Although this is just his personal opinions, he said that he hopes that this "dragon" will still bring good luck for the country despite its poor location.

●Specific "colors" cannot be generalized


Since year 2006, Master Jason Tan have made use of the profound interpretation of "Yi-Jing" and "Yin Yang Wu Xing" and calculating experience to create the Three Variables, which is a new theory that is widely respected and affirmed in countries like Singapore, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Southeast Asia. The Three Variables Institute was also set up in Shanghai last month, which Master Jason Tan is appointed as Principal. For the use of colors, Master Jason Tan believes that each person has their own specific color in their life. The main part of Three Variables is to analyze their color based on the birthday while appropriately the time and direction for life planning. He said that, to have a smooth and effective life, especially during major events, it is necessary to look up and understand your own color. He listed out the colors that can be used to resolve and improve the environment.
